I like the staff very much. Boulder is our favorite because of them. Although last time or two, the atmosphere was tense and awkward, like they couldn't deviate from the script. They're awesome at Boulder. The way customer service used to be. Dean Martin Way almost as good. I've gotten just a couple condescending lines there. They all know there job and are great overall. 195 Trop.... Attitude every time. Not listening just repeating same words. Basically gave up and checked out, so we could check back in. I get that on paper, but to physically have to get everything out of the room and then go back in??? Which I didn't. It was obvious she thought I was trying to get a extra night and made the security guy watch our every move. I had a small issue with a money transfer, which shortly there after was rectified. Thought if I shared this, the two of us would find a way to work around it, for it was not that late. Oh well, she seemed to enjoy conveying her lack of concern. I've spent over a couple thousand at Motel 6 in the last ten weeks and never would I try to stay without paying. I've dealt with 3 front workers there and all looked down there nose, like they'd rather be doing anything else other than providing respectable customer service to me. I don't expect special treatment, but I don't like being made to feel I can't be trusted. This location is the least expensive, and temporarily I need to keep my price down, but I choose to spend more and go where I'm treated equally. Right now I'm at Howard Johnson, two weeks so far. I miss Boulder 6, I need about 2 more weeks in Vegas. I have a hard time getting a weekly price. I also keep seeing promotions about staying 4 consecration nights and getting an extra night. I realize I probably saw a sign up and earn rewards, but I can't find any information on how it works exactly. I did find some though, and I can't find the contact number for booking.

It was a nice price for an impromptu stay for medical emergency for relative. The girl greeted us off the highway like at 11pm and was very nice and prompt, and helpful wiht town directions & questions, The room had a great A/C, was freshly painted and remodeled, and the bathroom tub and shower was nice with a new curtain and toilet & towel shelf. The TV was a nice TV unexpectedly for Motel 6, and the beds were clean & comfortable with extra pillows I didn't expect.

I had an issue and the amazing lady behind the desk was beyond helpful and was able to check me in. When we wanted extra days, the same amazing lady was there to help me out again! One of the best staycations in a while! They are also the best place to go if you have a pet or two!!! Fur babies stay free!

The room was as clean as could be. It's not 5 Star, but they treat you like a star. Pound for Pound, this is the best bet you can make for.your money. Cozy, clean, and comfortable. Good stay.
